Job Description
Real Estate/Property Management Company looking to add to their administration team! Must be willing to work out of their different offices in Monroeville area.
- Answer, direct, and assist with all incoming phone calls. - Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a positive and helpful attitude. - Handle data entry, and manage filing tasks. - Help prepare weekly/monthly reports, invoices, and resident documentation. - Occasionally travel to property sites or offices as needed.
Open to full-time or part-time position: **MUST be able to work at least Tuesday, Friday 9am-6pm AND Saturday 10am-4pm**
Job Requirements
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others. - Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail. - Moderate computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word); property management software experience is an advantage.
