CHS's client in the Shadyside area is seeking an administrative coordinator to assist with warehouse operations, communicate with customers, and provide administrative support. This is a full time position.
Duties may include:
-Communicate with customers and staff via e-mail/phone
-Make travel arrangements
-Process and log warehouse orders and purchase orders
-Complete reports and routine office tasks
-Manage the President's schedule and complete special projects as assigned
