Established company in Cheswick is currently recruiting for several applicants for the position of General Laborer/Machine Operator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.
Job Requirements
High School Graduate or GED.
Passion for maintaining a safe work environment.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Must have an excellent attendance record.
Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Rate when hired is $21.37 per hour. $.50 Differential for second and third shift.
