CHS Solutions is working with our global client to fill an Human Resource Manger role. This is a hybrid role (2-3 days) on site in New Ken supporting Manufacturing operations, Finance, and IT as business partner clients.
Job Responsibilities
Partners with client groups to help them reach human capital goals; focused on making the right decisions and having an informed opinion about what the business needs to do.
Delivers appropriate human capital related solutions at a variety of levels for assigned client groups;
serves as a consultant, and change agent with assigned business groups.
Manages workforce planning for current and future needs; support Talent Acquisition in sourcing and recruiting candidates for hire when required; reviews applications and interviews applicants to select qualified candidates for additional interviews; manages relationships with temporary employment vendors to source, identify, recruit and pay a flexible labor pool to meet production demands; reviews fee schedules, replacement policies to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Enables client groups to manage their organizations in performance-driven manner, utilizing performance management approaches focused on coaching for success and improvement; provides coaching to managers, supervisors and employees on effective techniques for handling sensitive and performance-related issues.
Assesses needs, develops, conducts and/or facilitates training aligned with the corporate strategies and may develop programs focused on department needs including programs supporting talent development and succession planning.
Conducts investigations of complex and non-routine employee relations issues to analyze issues, identify possible violations and develop appropriate resolutions. Ensures effective documentation of disciplinary action; develops and maintains relationships with the management team and employees to understand current and future business needs.
Responsible for implementation, communication and administration of corporate human resources programs; advises managers on organizational policy matters.
