Job Description

Mailing Specialist

Below are the desired qualifications and requirements for the position of Mailing Specialist. These are not absolutely necessary. If you are a hard worker, want to work, great attitude, mechanically inclined, and computer literate, please apply. Training will be provided.

Ability to work within deadlines and under pressure
Ability to be adaptable and flexible; desire to work cooperatively with others as a team and with people of diverse backgrounds
Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise
Good communication skills phone, written and personal contact with patience and tolerance in dealing with others
Very strong customer service, along with initiative, multi-tasking abilities, and problem-solving skills

Job Requirements

Mailing Specialist Skills Desired:
* Working knowledge of BCC Mail Manager and/or AccuZIP Mail software
* Working knowledge of Direct Addressing, Tabbing, Inserting, and Read/Write equipment
* Working knowledge of swing arm and friction feed envelope inserters
* Experience in USPS bulk mailing experience including Mail Anywhere and Seamless Mailing
* HS Diploma or Equivalent
