The Shipper/Receiver role involves overseeing the shipping and receiving processes for goods. The position also includes stocking incoming parts and products. When performed to company standards, this role significantly contributes to the overall organization, warehouse maintenance, and customer satisfaction, leading to enhanced efficiency and profitability for the company.
Primary Duties:
Ensure the correct and timely unloading of all vehicles delivering to the property.
Verify and properly check-in all delivered materials.
Handle the correct and timely loading of trucks as required.
Collaborate with the branch manager to maintain inventory control and accuracy.
Keep the warehouse, work areas, and grounds clean, neat, and orderly.
Pick up and deliver local orders using company vans or box trucks (non-CDL) as needed.
Accurately process shipping documents.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
The Shipper/Receiver position is dynamic and may evolve over time, with duties subject to addition, removal, or modification as needed.

Timeliness and accuracy of work.
Dependability.
Ensuring shipments are not damaged.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8-hour workday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch period.
Salary Range: $17.50 to $20.00 per hour.
Payment Frequency: Biweekly.
